Duties and Responsibilities
The board of directors consists of 10 members, and their responsibilities are to:
- Convene shareholder meetings and execute their resolutions.
- Formulate business policies.
- Review significant internal regulations and external contracts.
- Make decisions regarding key personnel within the company.
- Establish or dissolve branch offices and business locations.
- Review budgets and financial statements.
- Decide on matters concerning the mortgage, sale, or disposal of important company assets.
- Propose resolutions for the distribution of profits or the offsetting of losses at shareholder meetings.
- Determine other significant matters.
