Duties and Responsibilities

The board of directors consists of 10 members, and their responsibilities are to:

  • Convene shareholder meetings and execute their resolutions.
  • Formulate business policies.
  • Review significant internal regulations and external contracts.
  • Make decisions regarding key personnel within the company.
  • Establish or dissolve branch offices and business locations.
  • Review budgets and financial statements.
  • Decide on matters concerning the mortgage, sale, or disposal of important company assets.
  • Propose resolutions for the distribution of profits or the offsetting of losses at shareholder meetings.
  • Determine other significant matters.
